Apparently GRB has already happened for this week but no notice was ever given ANYWHERE on the site? Count this as an official complaint since this counts all guild except for one out of the running on UoF this week.
And now we lose our guild house for the week because of this?

We have countdown of GRB in site. Just check always Site countdown its official.

Actually there was a miscommunication between host when we did security upgrades on it, leading to fact that the hosts clock was changed, and we did not notice it, therefore the information on the site remained as it was before. GRB was done on Sunday about 6 hours earlier than it was supposed to. We will look into solution for this, but guild-houses are not deleted, nor are any items put in there.

Not worried about guild houses being deleted. But since the GRB happened earlier than expected, we no longer have access to our Guild House because we weren't able to participate.

Guild issue has been fixed, by giving all guilds 50-100 points on random and restarting server yesterday.
